I teach women and AFAB folks how to stop negotiating with the systems, people, and internalized rules that keep them small, tired, gaslit, and bored. I help them stop organizing their lives around other people’s comfort–and become THE spiritual, sexual and energetic authority in their own lives.
Because that’s what you are, the expert on you, and life gets a lot more interesting when you actually believe it.
This is a journey of rewilding. Of undomesticating. Of reclaiming what was always yours.

This is not therapy—this is personal revolution.
I will guide you to become the most “you” you’ve ever been, but not through traditional modalities of “regulation.” I help women become “regulated” by being unruly to the patriarchal norms and dynamics that distort our true and wild nature. In learning and wielding the skills of dominance and energetic magick, you will be able to unbind yourself from the ropes of the patriarchy.
Being your own authority creates choice, and when you have more choice, more control, more options–when you know how to navigate hard emotions and conversations–when you feel unthreatened because you are flexible and intuitive enough to respond while staying in your body–you will find the relaxation and regulation you have been seeking. You will be able to hear your own inner wisdom.

This work is not for the faint of heart. What I offer is potent, and while very fun and playful, can also be quite confronting. Working together will likely, at some point, lead to change. What we explore together
Our sessions are an invitation to explore the edges of your desire, pacing, boundaries, fear, and the fullness of your erotic aliveness. This is deep, layered, somatic, and life changing work.
This is a sacred and playful space for:
The Body:
We use movement, energetics, touch and dance to balance the nervous system. The body comes first because it is the divine barometer of your emotions, edges and boundaries. The more intimacy you create with your body, the more intuitive you become. We work with honoring the signals and pace of the body so that you can actually feel powerful.
The Psyche:
We explore and excavate the conditioning, patterns, beliefs, wounds and strategies that make self abandonment feel safer than self-possession. We play games and train skills that undo the default state of submission that is conditioned into girls and women from birth.
The Energetic:
We identify messy energetic entanglements, strengthen your energetic clarity, clear what isn’t yours, and develop practices and skills for consciously directing energy. You will learn how to see energetic dynamics and to redirect, change or rearrange them if you choose.
The Social:
Together we examine the (made up) patriarchal rules you have been taught to obey–and decide which ones get to die. We use social games and scenarios that help you bring your dominance and power into real life situations. You will learn how to navigate conversations, asks, and negotiations that otherwise feel difficult.

This offering includes dance, breath, play, erotic education and guidance, dominance training, curiosity, ritual, creativity and nervous system healing where the cure is living a more turned on and unruly life.
Every session is tailored to your specific needs and desires.
We begin with 3 sessions to get to know one another, build safety, and chart your unique path. From there, we go deeper—into transformation, into your Magick, into your full erotic aliveness. You are required to bring a notebook or journal to map your own path and progress.
This work is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, kink-positive, and pleasure-centered.
The Introductory OFFEring:
3 two-hour sessions (within 6 wks or less): $1,800
These first 3 sessions are about getting to know one another and mapping the possibilities for your desired journey. We will explore your patterns, desires, goals and blockages. If we decide to go forward into deeper work together, we will choose a container (6, 9 or 12 months) that feels in alignment with your devotion to your process. This is a co-creative relationship where you are the expert on you and I am the expert on executing the right plan.

Daylong Immersions for Existing Clients:
After we’ve established a working relationship and clear goals, I offer full day immersions into deep healing and awakening. A daylong experience is a ceremony for your body and soul, where time slows and sensations heighten and the full spectrum of your experience is honored. Guided ceremony provides intimate transformation as it ignites your own self healing wisdom. The depths we are able to reach in daylong ceremonies have lasting effects and can help shift and evolve long standing and outdated patterns. This sort of devotional work has the potential to liberate the mind and body in ways that may have previously seemed out of reach.
